Each of our assessments is specially tailored to your needs. In addition, comprehensive care will be provided from your very first visit. For details on fees or to schedule an appointment, our team is here to assist you.
*If the physician is unable to perform the examination due to inadequate preparation, or if it cannot be completed for technical reasons, fees will be charged. These fees cover the costs associated with your appointment, including staff and the time reserved for your procedure.
**Anyone attending for an endoscopic examination must be mobile. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate patients in a wheelchair.
***Transportation and/or pathology fees may apply in the case of biopsies or polyps.

*These fees cover the preparation, sending of the specimen to the laboratory, as well as the histopathological analysis by a pathologist.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Endoscopy – Deposit and Rescheduling Policy
When booking an endoscopy procedure, a non-refundable deposit of CAD 500 will be required and charged to your credit card. The remaining balance will be automatically collected on the day of the procedure.
In the event of a rescheduling request, the CAD 500 deposit will be retained and applied to the new appointment date, subject to the following conditions:
- Rescheduling can be done only once.
- The new appointment must take place within a maximum of 12 months from the original date.
The appointment may be transferred to a family member or friend within the same 12-month period.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Consultation or Follow-Up – Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
No fees will be charged in advance for a consultation or follow-up appointment. However:
- Any cancellation made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will incur administrative fees, which will be automatically charged to your credit card.
- An appointment can be rescheduled only once to a later date, within 30 days.
- The appointment may also be transferred to a family member or friend, provided it takes place within the same 30-day period.
- In the case of rescheduling, the amount will only be charged on the date of the new appointment.
